Delete Your Handcraft Art Club Account

Handcraft Art Club members can permanently delete their accounts and associated personal information.

Delete Your Account in the App

Open the Handcraft Art Club app.
Select the Profile tab.
Sign in to your account.
Select DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
Read the warning and select Delete permanently.

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your Handcraft Art Club account
Your member profile
Your contact and student information
Your associated workshop bookings

Account deletion cannot be undone.

Some limited information may be retained only when required for legitimate administrative, dispute-resolution, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, send an account deletion request to:

ashlingyang@uqhac.com

Please send the request from the email address registered to your Handcraft Art Club account.

Use the email subject:

Handcraft Art Club Account Deletion Request

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
