Handcraft Art Club Privacy Policy

Handcraft Art Club (“HAC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and delete information when you use the Handcraft Art Club mobile application and related services.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account or register as a member, we may collect:

• Full name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Student ID

• Membership information

• Workshop bookings

• Booking and payment status

• Account authentication information

Passwords are processed through our authentication provider. We do not have access to your password in readable form.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your HAC account

• Manage club membership

• Register you for workshops and events

• Confirm and display workshop bookings

• Provide member support

• Communicate important service information

• Maintain the security and operation of the app

• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service Providers

We use Supabase to provide authentication, database hosting, and related technical services. Information may be processed by Supabase only as necessary to operate the app.

Service providers are required to handle information according to their applicable privacy and security obligations.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their passwords and notify us if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services.

Some information may be retained when required for legitimate administrative, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, accounting, or legal purposes.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account inside the app:

1. Open the Profile tab.

2. Sign in to your account.

3. Select DELETE MY ACCOUNT.

4. Confirm the deletion.

This deletes your HAC account, member profile, and associated workshop bookings, except for information we are legally required to retain.

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by emailing:

Please contact us from the email address registered to your HAC account. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

7. Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, please contact us.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request access to your personal information

• Ask us to correct inaccurate information

• Request deletion of your account and information

• Ask questions about how your information is handled
